Agenda items and reports to be with Region Secretary a fortnight before the meeting.

Agenda and reports are sent by email by the secretary to all club contacts, Region Committee members and any member of the region requesting to be on the email distribution list.  To be on the email distribution list, please contact secretary@aucklandscd.org.nz.

The Auckland Region is run by a committee which meets 4 – 5 times a year. Any dancer can attend committee meetings, only committee members can vote.

The committee operates several sub-committees. Any RSCDS member can be on a sub-committee. If there is an area that you are interested in, please ask about it. The aim is for the Region Committee and sub-committees to come from as many different clubs as possible.
