“This class will focus on some of the less-demanding dances collected by Mary Isdal MacNab, and in particular the HEBRIDEAN WEAVING LILT which features the running step.   A lesser standard of fitness than is usually required for the Very Advanced level will accordingly be acceptable on this particular occasion.   Participants are encouraged to review videos of the Hebridean Weaving Lilt posted on the internet and to consider prior to class the extent to which that material is consistent with RSCDS conventions.”
